Invest in your memories

Time really does fly by...

As someone who is relatively new to the parenting game, I still have so much to experience and learn. However one truth smacked me in the face a week after our son was born. Time flies. Memories fade.

Looking back on our first photos of our little boy, I am so stunned at how much he has changed in just 1 year. It has been the longest, most chaotic, beautiful, blurry, heartbreaking and joyful year. I treasure the photos I have from this time, because as the years go by, I know these memories will become blurry and mostly forgotten.

For me, that's the crux of why I think family photography is so important. The time you spend with your family is so precious and short. Your kids change so fast, your parents grow older, your grandparents do too. One of the best things (I believe) you can do, is document the precious moments when you're all together.

Family photography is an investment in your memories. I guarantee future you will thank you for it!
